Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Guangzhou, China, R&F Group has grown into a diversified conglomerate. With real estate development remaining as its core business, R&F has diversified into hotel development, commercial operations, culture, recreation and tourism, healthcare, as well as design and construction. In 2005, R&F was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 2777), becoming the first mainland Chinese property developer to be included in the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index.
As of the end of 2025, R&F Group holds a land bank with a total saleable GFA of approximately 35 million sq.m., with total assets of around RMB 270 billion. The Group owns tens of luxury hotels managed by renowned international hospitality groups. Its investment portfolio, comprising hotels, shopping malls, and office buildings under operation, covers a total GFA of millions of sq.m. Furthermore, R&F maintains a substantial reserve of high-quality urban renewal projects across China, particularly within the Greater Bay Area.
From its origins in Guangzhou, R&F has expanded its footprint to core cities and high-potential regions nationwide, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hainan, and Taiyuan. Since 2013, the Group has embarked on global expansion. To date, R&F has expanded into over 145 cities and regions worldwide, delivering more than 450 projects.
