As the achievements and responsibilities grow, R&F Properties, standing high on enterprise citizen, pays a constant attention to people’s livelihood and return the society. In the last 12 years, the company has made donations for many areas including cultural and educational system, health, public security, respecting the old, and poverty-alleviation, adding up to more than RMB 80 million Yuan. In 2003, R&F Properties took the lead to establish “R&F Properties Project Hope Foundation: under “Project Hope Private Enterprise Foundation” and donated 15 million yuan to assist the drop-outs to finish their schooling. Over many years, R&F Properties has made donations of an accumulated amount RMB 20 million to Guangzhou Charity Chamber, including the donation of RMB 10 million yuan to the building of R&F Charity Building, the first observation building for orphan, disabled children completed in Guangzhou in December 2005. R&F Properties donated an accumulated amount of RMB 15 million yuan to Guangzhou Foundation for People Doing Boldly Righteous Deeds, including donating 100 police patrol cars to Guangzhou Foundation for People Doing Boldly Righteous Deeds in January 2005, making contribution to Guangzhou’s social order. R&F Properties is appraised as “Top Ten Charity Stars” be Guangzhou Municipal Charity for its contributions to charity cause.
